Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you have any questions, please let us know. Unwashed, unworn or used merchandise with original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery to a U.S. address.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items purchased from other retailers or websites. All exchanges/returns from other retailers must be processed by the original retailer. We only accept items purchased from AvaSanchez.shop.com.

Mail Returns
Use our prepaid label and we will deduct $7.50 from your refund. You may also choose a carrier of your choice to return your item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; please select the most economical shipping method for your return package.
Return Process
Please allow up to two weeks for return processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment**. If the value of the item being exchanged is higher or lower than the original purchase price, the difference will be charged or refunded to the original form of payment once the exchange is processed. We may choose to deny your return or exchange if the item appears to be used or is missing tags. Any item that appears to be used will be returned at the customer's expense.
**Shipping charges are not refundable
Items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable or exchangeable.

When will my credit card receive the refund?
Once we receive your package, we will process it within 7 business days. Once the refund is processed, your refund/credit will be posted to your account, which may take 3-4 business days to be credited, depending on the bank. Customers will be notified by email when the credit is posted.
Customers with accounts can check the status of their shipments, returns, and credits online.
Shipping Guidelines
Orders are processed based on item availability and credit card verification. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you by email.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed within 2-3 business days. AvaSanchez.shop.com does not process or ship orders on weekends and company holidays. Please allow extra time during holidays and peak times.
AvaSanchez.shop.com cannot ship to PO Boxes, DPO/APO/FPO addresses.
For security reasons, any shipping address that includes a unit, apartment, or suite number will require a signature for delivery. If you are unable to receive your package, please use an alternative shipping address or work with the carrier.
Order Shipment Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
International Shipping
Currently, AvaSanchez.shop.com does not accept international credit card payments. We can manually process international orders and credit card payments. To place an international order, please email Support@AvaSanchez.shop with the items you wish to purchase, the sizes you would like to purchase, and the shipping address you would like to receive. Once we receive this information, we will estimate the duties, shipping, and taxes that will need to be added to the price before finalizing your order.
